At Top Notch, we offer free re-scheduling services within 24 hours in case of unforeseen circumstances such as rain, snow, or a hitch on our side. In free re-scheduling, we offer you an option of a full refund or a re-scheduling to a convenient date.

Appointment Forfeiting Without Notice

You will be penalized if you forfeit your car washing or detailing appointment without informing us. You will receive a refund minus 25% of the booking fee if you have already paid the entire service charge. You will lose your booking fee if you haven’t cleared the payment.

Appointment Forfeiting with a Notice

You will enjoy a free re-scheduling if you inform us of your appointment cancellation within 24 hours or more. We will reschedule the appointment to a favorable date.
