What are your hours and what days are you available?

We schedule appointments 7 days a week  between 6am and 6pm.

Will there be extra charges?

Additional charges can apply for excessive pet hair, mold/mildew, human or animal bio wastes, and excessive soilage. Pricing varies and is evaluated on a case by case basis for each client.

Are tips expected?

Tips are always appreciated for great customer service, but not required.

How long does the service take?

Each detail service takes a different amount of time to complete. The time required for your detail will vary based on the detailing package you selected.

What payment methods are acceptected?

We currently accept cash, visa, discover, amex, mastercard. We do accept personal checks but a $10 convenience fee will be added to your balance.

How do cancellations work?

If you need to reschedule or cancel your detailing appointment please give us a 48 hour notice. If you fail to give the 48 hour notice your deposit will be kept. If bad weather or unforeseen circumstances impact your appointment a representative will reach out to reschedule your detailing.

Do I need to be present while the technician is detailing my vehicle?

You do not need to be present while the technician is detailing your vehicle. We do ask that you coordinate with the technician to get your keys to give access to the interior and exterior of the vehicle.

How can I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by giving us a call, sending us an email or live chat with a detail expert.

What are your prices?

Our prices differ depending on the service you choose. Visit our site and view the available services and prices.

Do you have any packages?

Yes, at Top Notch Mobile Detailing we have designed unique packages to suit your needs and budgets. Our packages are designed depending on the services you desire. For instance, mobile detailing packages, boat detailing packages, interior detailing packages and much more.

Do you handle any type of vehicle?

Yes, we deal with any type of vehicle from sedans to trucks. We Also Detail RV’s Motorcycles, and Boats

Do I have to pay a deposit when booking an appointment?

Yes, you have to pay a booking fee to ensure you will turn up on the appointed time and date. The deposit fee will vary depending on the services you have booked for.
